The buyer is also "taken care of" by us, we remain at his disposal, we explain doubts, we conduct presentations at convenient times for him, and we also help in obtaining a loan.

  1. We verify the legal status of real estate.
    We review all documents that define this state, i.e. land and mortgage registers, extract from the land register and an extract from the cadastral map, local spatial development plan.

  2. We take care of the necessary formalities and complete the necessary documentation. It also means that we work closely with the authorities..
  3. We prepare a reliable property valuation. Selling a house or apartment with which the seller is emotionally attached may lead to overpricing. This prolongs the sales process and discourages potential buyers.
  4. We prepare the property for sale. We offer professional home staging and we have a gardener on board, so we do everything to make the property attract attention.
  5. We prepare announcements, which consist of photos and recordings, including those from the drone, and descriptions. We look at the property, select elements that give it a competitive advantage, adapt the format of the advertisement to the portals on which we place it and take care of their positioning.
  6. We undertake numerous marketing activities that help us reach as many potential buyers as possible. We use social media, banners and organize more and more popular open days.
  7. We work with brokers from all over Poland. We use the MLS system, i.e. a tool for exchanging offers between real estate offices.
  8. We stay in constant contact with both the seller and the buyer, but we always represent the interests of only one of them.
  9. We conduct the presentation of the property without the presence of the seller, thanks to which potential buyers feel more at ease and comfortable. Very often we have the key to the property, which allows us to operate more efficiently and not bother the seller.
  10. We finalize the process. We work with trusted notaries who often support us and our clients also "after hours".
  11. We help in obtaining credit for the buyer. If you don't know what it's about, it's about money. However, these can usually be organized somehow, and we work with people who know how.
  12. We remain at the disposal of our client until the sale process is completed.
